Simona Rosen

Managing Director

Simona has 13 years of experience handling real estate transactions in New York as well as nationally. Prior to joining Banner Title Agency, she worked as a Senior Commercial Coordinator at Old Republic National Title Insurance Company, handling all aspects of title production and review for nationwide commercial title operation. She has developed and maintained client relationships, ensured compliance with local laws and underwriting  requirements, cleared title issues where appropriate and direct strategies and suggest solutions when third part intervention to clear title was necessary, encouraged a proactive environment in which any problems, clouds or concerns regarding title and addressed as early in process as possible. Ms. Rosen has also performed duties of a settlement agent, handling complex closings/disbursements, preparing HUD Statements and commercial settlement statements as well as other closing documents, overseeing closing disbursements, payoffs and other closing related transfers.

Ms. Rosen holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the Academy of Economic Studies, Bucharest, Romania, a Bachelor’s Degree from State University of New York and a Masters of Business Administration from SUNY Empire State College.  She is fluent in Romanian, English and Spanish.
